Patrick J. Keogh - Nassau County Planning Board

A few items of interest to pass along. This is a great website that you should follow, ifyou haven't already does so. Not sure, yet everyonecan get into it thru our AIFF log-in process. ** See new note at bottom** Also Congratulations to Susan Goldman for hernew position with the Arts Council. Check out the article about Magnolia Pictures...maybe we canobtain this new film "Bigger, Stronger Faster" from them for September?


ALL are welcome. We may have an out-of-town visitor
...Greg Von Hauch, from Ft. Lauderdale International FF who is interested in helping us. He has offered to us our first International film, one from Italy-- Il Cielo Cade (The Sky is Falling) to put in the festival !!

AMELIA ISLAND FILM FESTIVAL (AIFF) HAS EXTENDED THEIR INVITATION TO SUBMIT FILMS THROUGH MAY 3, 2008

AIFF calls for Film Festival film submissions starting February 1, 2008 with a May 3, 2008 deadline.

A total of over $5,000.00 in judged awards will be presented in 11 categories including Best Director, Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Animation, Best Short, Best Documentary, Best Cinematography, Best Student Film, Best Non-English Film, Best Comedy/Farce, and Best Film About Amelia Island or of Local Interest to Northeast Florida & Southeast Georgia.
