A Year of Many Volunteers for the AIFF

Dear Friends of The AIFF:

Thanks to the many AIFF 2007 volunteers who have help createda new organization and Film Festival Event forour community! Happy New Year To ALL !!!

December & January Notables:

Julia Nowlin -Membership Chair has been nominated for the Chamber's Volunteer of the Year that will announced on Friday, Jan 4, 2008 at the Chambers Annual Dinner at the Amelia Plantation 6-9 pm.

Barbara Lum - AIFF Founding Memberhas been working to create an exciting AIFF Theme- Table Centerpiece for the Chamber's Annual Dinner. A silent auction will determine who will walk away with her many gifts designed to promote the Film Festival. Wait to you see it!!! Some of her items will be available for purchase at the Palace on Wednesday & Thursday, January 23 & 24, 2008 at our next Screenings!

Susan Henderson & Joe Spino have been helping to organize the AIFF data base into timelines & spreadsheets to provide procedures for reporting donations and gifts by the contributing individuals and businesses.

And not Last or Least, Lyn Leto -AIFF Founding Member has finished writing and compiling the AIFF Grant Application to be submitted to the Amelia Island Tourist and Development Council in January.

Thanks so much to all and their support systems for helping this organization to grow and develop into a worthwhile series of events!!!

See you at the Chamber Dinner this Friday and at the Sneak Previews of LA VIE EN ROSE (2007) at the Palace on Wednesday or Thursday, January 23-24, 2008.
